Product Pivot to AI
I initiated a strategic review of Peerbie’s existing capabilities and identified opportunities to embed AI, like project creation with AI, digital twin and smart reports. Worked with product and design teams to integrate these features into the core experience.
I also redefined the product narrative to position Peerbie as an intelligent work assistant, not just a task tool.
Launching Peerbie AI
I created and executed the launch strategy for the new AI version, including messaging frameworks, landing page copy, in-app onboarding content, and email sequences.
I led outreach across key channels to attract early adopters, shaped the product’s positioning for traction on platforms like LinkedIn and Product Hunt, and helped coordinate launch timelines with the dev team.
Marketing & Sales Automations
Built automated outbound and onboarding flows to support Peerbie’s AI relaunch. Using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, and Intercom, we launched targeted email sequences and lifecycle journeys that improved reply rates and boosted activation.
I also implemented lead scoring and CRM syncs to streamline demo bookings, and designed a high-converting landing page with full analytics tracking. These systems helped increase user retention and scale qualified lead generation without adding manual workload.

Designed and launched outbound campaigns, lifecycle flows, and content updates to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
