It offers card issuing, digital wallets, POS, BNPL, and open banking solutions for both consumers and businesses.
My Role
I lead growth initiatives at Param, Turkey's leading embedded finance platform, driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through product-led strategies.
I work at the intersection of product and marketing, launching features, optimizing conversion funnels, and scaling adoption across digital channels.

Building Engagement Flows
I manage engagement levers such as push notifications, in-app messages, and surveys using tools like Insider and Firebase. I build automated and personalized communication flows based on behavioral segmentation and event-based triggers.
Turning Feedback into Action
I turn user ratings, surveys, and reviews into actionable insights, shaping product decisions and improving experience at every step.

I lead end-to-end GTM strategies for new feature rollouts, aligning messaging, positioning, and channels to maximize adoption. I serve as a bridge between product and marketing, ensuring internal readiness and external impact.

Owner of Marketing Technologies
I define KPIs, set up dashboards, and run conversion analyses to inform decisions across acquisition and retention. I work closely with the data team to improve attribution accuracy and product analytics.
